Hi Steve great video. Any idera how you release the spring loaded bracket that the hinge fits into please? tab and bracket on mine have broken. TIA

Hi, I have a question: in my case the hinge attachement on the side of the record player is also broken. I found replacement parts on Etsy, but first I have to dismantle the old one and how hard I try, I can't manage to remove the pin from the hinge. Anyone has succeeded in repairing this?

Fantastic. In my case, the part that needs repair is the fixed part, on the turntable itself. Could you tell me if there is a replacement part for this?

Well done, Steve! You made it look do-able. I bought the hinges off eBay for $15, some sellers wanted twice that.. I was going to use a coping saw to cut off the old plastic, but I have a knock-off Dremel tool also, so thanks for suggesting it and showing it makes the job easier. I will follow your steps and hope that I won't crack the dust cover with a miscue. Thanks again.
