Hi, I am designing sram control block , I have to create bigger metal width for via connection , but I have to connect that same wire to a wire of smaller width already specified by other block engineer , how do we prevent this metal jog ?

in options we have guard ring , select that N or P Guard ring and click F3 , select the layout and click enter ... that's all
