Techniques - Double Knifehand Block (SONNAL MAKKI)

Master Sorenson, Master Instructor at Beyond Taekwondo, breaks down the Double Knifehand Block so students can perform it at a higher level. First used in the Taegeuk Poomsae 'Sa Jang', the double knife hand block is used throughout the intermediate and advanced rank forms. I dont bow but I can't do this move to save my life I'm testing for blue belt in a week but we're doing the red belt form one year away from testing for black
