I guess it is used more like if it meant "cheeky". The image is something like cute & cheeky, but there may also be some voluntary provocation here as well, or they may just want to add some some kinda weird american coolness ;)

yeah I know about synonyms. And prostitute is not a synonym for bitch. Atleast not in this part of the world. I checked both swedish and english synonyms and couldn't find prostitute anywhere. And as I said. A female dog is called a bitch. And that is a fact so don't try to correct me.
