I sat at my desk, designing an outfit for one of my online friends when I received the notification. I disregarded it at first, then saw the title, watched the video, and now here I am, writing a KZbin comment. Through his videos, he's cheered me up dozens of times, and I've shared his videos with my cousins. We made memories laughing over over together, and I am grateful for what Technoblade has done, and for what Technoblade will do for those who find his videos in the future. May he rest in peace.

I still find myself coming back to this video often, even almost 2 years later, it’s still hard to fathom that we will never hear another word from techno, no new quotes, no more orphan jokes. A world without techno is a hard world to live in, he was so unbelievably influential to so many people, I wouldn’t be where I am today without techno, I based my whole channel off of his, and it still breaks my heart to this day to know that he is gone, and that he can’t make us laugh in any new ways. I truly will never forget techno, so many people say that, but I mean it truly, to this day I still think of techno daily, I know he looks down on us and laughs at our tears, his way of bringing comedy into tragic situations is something I will never be able to master for myself, he was so unbelievably special, he was completely unique, I always think of his last true video, where he seemed so sure he was going to recover, he ended the video with “see you next time” I’m still waiting for next time, I miss him so dearly. This mental of "dont wait, because things may get worse" is kind true, i lost my great grandfather about a month ago due to heart problems, and i remember them saying that they couldnt really do anything so they were going to put him in a nursing home. At the time i didnt really want to go see him in hospital, as seeing people in hospital beds is a bit much for me and i didnt rlly wanna cry in frknt of everybody, so i decided i would go see him in the nursing home, however about a week after he was admitted, he passed away, i cant help but wish i hadnt been a pussy and maybe i wouldve been able to see him before he passed, so if ever in your life if youre unsure about something like this, do it, because youll never know

I watched this minutes after it came out, but I'm coming back again because I still think about him so often. Him and I had near-identical personalities, and I feel like the type of content he provided is seldom replicated on any platform with regard to that; he was just such a pure realist and didn't put on a grandiose, fake facade, and I loved him for that. Since his passing, I've started to lose more and more motivation to play Minecraft, which had never happened before in my decade of playing it almost exclusively. I didn't realize he was such an inspiration for me with it until now, but I hope I can find some fulfillment in it again soon. I miss you ya dorky, fellow-aspiring-English-major, hope you're in a better place, king. No one could ever replace you.

Can’t even imagine how his parents feel, seeing their son passing away, it sounds so hard to go through. I didn’t even watch Technoblade much, but the few videos I did, they were enjoyable, and never could I imagine him leaving. No, I didn’t know he was even battling cancer. He did a lot for the Minecraft community, and it doesn’t take much to know he was well known and loved. Rest In Peace Technoblade, may you fly high up legend.

“Technoblade never dies.” I have been watching him for nearly 3 years now and wow, I still remember when he announced his diagnosis and how I was seeing all the support he got and how he was surrounded by love. I still remember how I raced out at 1am to get my techno plush from the mail. I didn’t wanna believe that he’s gone, at first I thought maybe hes leaving yt for a while until I watched and wow, i was at a loss for thoughts and words. It’s so techno of him to still bully us even in the afterlife, I hope his family is able to grieve in peace and that technoblade/Alex’s memory and legacy still lives on. Rest In Peace to one of the greatest Minecraft KZbinrs of all time. I’m so glad his final message was shared with us. I wish nothing but the best for his family. We love u techno rest easy. I was in a awful page in my life back in 2020 then I discovered techno, he always made me laugh and smile and now cry. I haven’t watched him in a while but I will never forget the place he had in my life and forever will cherish this man. I hope he is in a better place now and watching from us from above, I’ve always loved the phrase ‘technoblade never dies’ and it’s true and forever will be.
