Thanks for the upload. I eventually gave up after countless hours trying to install portainer after needed a fresh install of OMV when swapping machines. Docker was no issue, but portainer always stop "something went wrong with pull and starting portainer". Eventually I gave up and just used ubuntu server for plex and file server.

i was trying to get plex to map to my media folder and plugged in the path like you did. instead of just reading th econtent it wrote over the entire directory with empty folders. deleing all my data. Maybe have a warning?

Tried to install Beets and Homeassistant the same way but get "s6-linux-init-hpr: fatal: unable to reboot(): Operation not permitted" in the container log. I am running OMV 5 Usul

Odd. I install portainer it says "Status: Created." Not installed or running a timer. When I click "open web" it says connection refused. Wetty loads the externalUI fine.

@@TechnoDadLife I found it odd. I switched hard drives from a 128gb ssd to a 500gb ssd and it started to work. I also said eh, tax return season is almost here. I'm going to get a Synology. Good video. Helped me with issues.

I can't understand your question, but you need to install docker than Portainer.

Hey just to let everyone know OMV-extras plugin released an update today making changes to how the DOCKER install process works and removing PORTAINER and YACHT installer options. IK this is one of the few recent videos with OMV6 so I know many people will get confused trying to follow along please see the OMV forums can't paste a link.

I'm feeling like an idiot. I don't know which password to fill into the terminal when connecting via ssh. The one right after "sudo ssh root@192...". None of the ones I created in the process until this point are working. (using your last setup video for omv) I miss something super obvious it seems. 😁

Clunky. May as well learn the terminal commands and have full control and understanding. Besides, no way to restore OMV configurations, right?
