Same issues here. I was told by customer support that this is a known issue and that it is caused by static buildup. I was told they "are working on a fix" but for the time being, the solution is to unplug and wait three minutes, then plug back in.

That's a strange explanation from customer support. I had a technician come out yesterday to check it out, he replaced the control board and the console, and lubricated the belt in case it was a friction issue, but the problem persists. He thinks the problem is the buttons themselves, specifically the harness that connects them to the console.

We had the same problem. Believe it or not, the issue was fixed by switching my shoes to track shoes (Unisex UA Brigade XC 2 Track Spikes). So weird but the machine was running fine with barefoot and so I tried light and less cushioning shoes and they worked!

I have this issue on my new Myrun. Treadmill works fine using the App when speed and incline automatically adjust, but as soon as I start using the paddles, it shuts down

@@jeremypark7890 To be honest, a treadmill that doesn't work with certain shoes is not a treadmill that's working properly; I'd reach out to Technogym and try to get it fixed.

@@llanellijack Yep, that's the exact issue I had. They tried replacing the control board and the console itself, and eventually tracked down the issue to the buttons themselves and the cable that connects them to the console. Once they replaced those parts, the issue went away.
