Thanks a lot. I was confused between arctic mx-4 and this. To see it hold its own against nt h2 was insighful though

Hey brother cool channel. I was wondering if you could compare Arctic MX-4 vs MX-6 in the future? Thanks and keep up the good work

Thanks for pointing that out. I can't believe that after all these videos I have never actually compared the two. That's content for a future video!

Could you do one with the cyrofuze gray version? It claims to have 14W/m

I probably told you in another of your paste videos. NT-H1/2 are not good pastes period but the worst option for GPUs and any direct die application, the reason being that the paste is rated for a low temperature range that cause the paste to breakdown under the heat of the direct die which exceed the temperatures you see in the software because its lasting in the microsecond range of time but over hours of use these peaks break down the paste. If you want another paste to review look for Alphacool Apex it claims 17/wmk coolermaster also makes an even thicker paste called MasterGel Maker

@kommandokodiak6025 Thanks for the tip. I'll look for both tonight and order them. 👍🏼👍🏼 I may have read your comment from a while back. Not that I ignored it, but I do like to test things myself before passing judgment. In this case, I think you're right on the money.

How is the thermal paste holding up now? 2 months later

Last Cooler Master thermal paste I used wasn't that good. I just stick with MX-4 and MX5 for most uses, you don't really need more.

@LucasDaRonco I stick to MX-4 and MX-6 myself. But I'm also liking these phase changing TIMs, like Thermalright Heilos and PTM7950

@@TechnologyHive Could you test next paste with the new Furmark 2.3.0 It pulls 301W using donut from my 5700XT. There is 30'c between core and hotspot. Knot pulls only 200w. There is two different tests and GL & Vulkan for both.

@@normaldude6699 If you want the best thermal solution, I'd go with a phase change material, like Thermalright Heilos or Honewell PTM7950.
