Managed to fix it , the issue was with my mac mini. I backed up all my data and reset the computer completely. Then removed my desktop lamp cable that was connected to it. I don’t know how but apparently cable connections like HDMIs , Halo lights etc can mess up your devices once affected by a virus. It’s now running fine with no issues on all my devices.
