Yes, we are aware of the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot go back to 2018-2019 and re-record this content. We have improved our audio quality with this streaming service over time. Apologies for the few that are done via phone line. It was all we had a the time. Thanks for understanding.

@@ChuckTomasi Incredibly difficult to understand. I gave up. I feel for Shrity, it's not just the accent, but the audio quality muffled her voice.

@@ChuckTomasi This was the worst ServiceNow video ever; I couldn't understand anything from that lady. She has the worst accent ever. I tried to have the captions on, but it was worse. Don't get me wrong, I have an accent as well, but not like hers. What a waste of time! It is a shame! Please don't let people like her run the demo for the public.
