I want create group in ms teams from servicenow dynamically for each ticket created and add members to it. Will it be possible

I don't see actions in our pre-built spoke for managing groups. It may be on the roadmap for an update to the spoke. I don't have visibility to the release of spokes. You may want to ask your account team for insight on that. All that being said, you could create custom actions/spokes yourself with the REST API steps using the existing actions in the MS Teams spoke as a template. That would be done using the SOAP step in an action. Generally you would group one or more actions together for a given system in to a scoped app called a "spoke". docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-servicenow-platform/page/administer/flow-designer/reference/soap-step-action-designer.html
