Thanks! Question: In CS 9. when trying to Extend Frame of a clip where there is media on the timeline directly after it, the Extend Frame option is greyed-out. You literally have to "make a hole" by moving the other assets down the timeline. In CS 8, you can do this and the media simply ripple shifts down the timeline. Is this a known issue or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks again!

Jesus christ bring back camtasia 8 already i have bad quality and black bars on all My videos , christ CAM 9 is awful

Black bars in your video means you are not using the proper size (aspect ratio) in creating your video. Has nothing to do with Camtasia.

I'm not if its just me, but when I group up clips, the performance of camtasia decreases. If anybody has the same problem and knows a way to help, please reply :)

If you are using a Mac you can use the "Shift + A" short cut when clicking the arrow to add the animation. Also, here are some tutorials on animations and effects in Camtasia: bit.ly/2n8EcHg.

Camtasia version 9 won't work on a 32-bit computer. You could downgrade to version 8 if you'd like--that can be installed on a 32-bit computer.
