Honestly the case is super dope, especially considering it has a touch screen panel with customization options on it and isn't just a display, I think it's actually pretty well priced and a good value as well, but also, jeez, $360 is just probably too much for a case specifically when you aren't building the best of the best. If you had a pretty much unlimited budget just for your PC (or something around like $5k just for the PC), then I think it is definitely catered towards the more elite high end user than the average user.

What tech, they just slapped a Aliexpess bar display on a case. (Like literally, you can find that exact same display all over the place, just search for 14.1 1100 x 3840 touch). You can mod most cases on the market to have displays like that.

This is an exciting time for PC builds, and a great time to save up for one. Companies have started innovating again! We've gone from the RGB madness to now having displays on everything. All this does is segregate the large audience that actually buys their pc case to show the hardware, not to watch tiktoks, I have over 50inches of screen in front of me, my case doesnt need a screen too. Features like this is why I didn't bother to wait for Phanteks N9. Don't get me started on their tiny expensive LCD monitor that isn't touch. A screen that size on Amazon goes for a quarter of the price and has touch. There are models similar to this monitor on Amazon so it's not made by Hyte however they're decent monitors that people been using for their builds for a while now. This just gives you another choice of vendor with a bezel so it looks nicer.
