Looks like a good product, but only 2 little strips for 07-12 CBR? Should have 4 strips 2 more for the plastics below the tank like other kits do. Not sure if I want to continue with the purchase since it only feels like you're getting very little product.

I'm after TechSpec SnakeSkin tank grips for my CBR500R 2016. They changed tank shape slightly for the 2016 model. Will these still fit?

+Marko Paunović TechSpec has not guaranteed fitment for the 2016 model yet, so until then, we cannot recommend it. We also don't have a 2016 here to test it ourselves. Mate I got one Tank Grip from you guy's the other day and there was a pamphlet in side the package And it went on to say to -Warm Tank Wrap in oven at 190.0 F (88.0 c) for approximately 4-5 min....But when I rang up your custom service they said that I didn't need to put it in the oven so I'm asking you now do I need to put it in the oven or not...the one that I got it fully goes around my tank for an R1...SO WHATS YOUR ANSWER DO I NEED TO PUT IT IN THE OVEN OR NOT MATE.

m109rocket As long as the tank grip and bike are at about 85 F (30 C), you don't need an oven. You can apply the tank grips outside on a warm day. If it's not that warm out, then yes, you can put the tank grips in an oven for just a few minutes to get them up to about 85 F (30 C). -DrewZilla
