​@@jamesmendonca9244Dragon Ball does alter continuity sometimes but you can always just assume Vegeta decided to stick with level 2 because 3 uses to much power so he just kept leveling up his SS2 form and making it stronger instead. This would help explain why Vegeta surpassed Goku once his wife got slapped by Beerus because he his extra power from his SS3 form and how much he continued to level his 2nd form up all combined might be more powerful at full power then Gokus full powered SS3. Its really not hard to explain they can easily make it make sense with 1 line in Daima.

The reason Vegeta never used SSJ3 against Beerus is because that form takes allot of stamina & energy. If you look at Goku SSJ3 against Buu he didn’t won because Buu has more stamina and Goku needed to end him quick, SSJ3 drains the body allot quicker than SSJ2 so Vegeta always kept using SSJ2 for most of the time in battle.

Vegeta never became SSJ3 because it wasn't necessary for the story. In the Buu Saga, Vegeta didn't become SSJ3 because it was necessary for his story arc for Goku to be much more powerful than him.

Had this yesterday. Db fans have an extremely annoying habit of spoiling something for everyone with the show the second it hits. I was working yesterday, got a ping from Discord in between my insurance clients, and it was a video showing Vegeta's form and the person saying, "Vegeta turned SS3 in the new daima episode" Like thanks for ruining the experience, whats the point of trying to enjoy the show when the whole thing gets spoiled for you the second it drops? I thought that was SSJ-2, seeing that was awesome and I thought he was just going to power up to SUPER-SSJ 2 or something in the water....but no.....we got the fucking boss. It was AWESOME! We have 2 Fuse-Bugs left. I am guessing that the bugs MAY be used by Duu and the other Majin fusing together and then that one MAY be fused with the lady (and I forget her name now, of course) to make a new Majin that is FAR stronger then we have seen. Daima is canon all the shows created by the creator are canon. In terms of why Vegeta didn't use SS3 in Super it's honestly not hard to answer all they have to say is that Vegeta sees ths draw backs of ths form because SS3 uses to much power so instead he just sticks to form 2 and continued to level up SS2. By the time Vegeta hit God Form in Super he woupd have no need to ever use any Super Sayian Form ever again.
