The biggest problem is there is no place that people say should be called Ethio-Global Place. That has flexible structures and people that monitor changes with the outside world. The thing that should be focused on now is making flexible structures and unmoving people. Unmoving people being people that challenged every stable element so much that they don't mind "wasting" up to 10,000 birr per month to make imagination(Not an already existing impressive design) come to life. The mistake the developers until now are missing, is that at the starting point it is making imagination a reality. If it is against the law demolishing it without a concern for money is better than not building it. Even the demolished place can become a tourist attraction.

Yeah! We the young people in ethiopia are scared of being broke that we are impatient unless it is a tangeable investment. The thing the media could do is show people that have gained from intangeable investments once every month for 3 years. That is worth the trouble even if an interchange between 2 to 4 hosts becomes a must.
