Ayodhya Cantt to Anand Vihar Terminal Vande Bharat Express: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 30, 2023 flagged off the new Ayodhya Cantt to Anand Vihar Terminal Delhi Vande Bharat Express train. Train number 22426 Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Vande Bharat Express will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal in Delhi at 6:10 AM to reach Ayodhya Cantt station at 2:30 PM taking 8 hours and 20 minutes. The train will depart from Ayodhya Cantt at 03:20 PM and reach Anand Vihar Terminal at 11.40 PM. En route the train will stop at Kanpur Central and Lucknow.
I came to Delhi to travel by Vande Bharat Express train to Ram Mandir, Ayodhya. The facilities and ticket rate are almost like a flight. But this train serves only vegetarian food. രാമജന്മഭൂമിയായ അയോധ്യയിലേക്ക് വന്ദേഭാരത് എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ് ട്രെയിനിൽ ഒരു യാത്ര പോകണമെന്ന പദ്ധതിയുമായിട്ടാണ് ഇത്തവണ ഞാൻ ഡൽഹിയിലേക്ക് വന്നത്. ഡൽഹി അനന്തവിഹാർ ടെർമിനസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ നിന്നും രാവിലെ 06.10 നാണ് ട്രെയിൻ. ഒരു വിമാനത്തിലേതിനു സമാനമായ സൗകര്യങ്ങളുള്ള ഈ ട്രെയിനിലെ ടിക്കറ്റ് നിരക്കും അതിനോളം വരും. എന്നാൽ ഈ ട്രെയിനിൽ വെജിറ്റേറിയൻ ഭക്ഷണം മാത്രമേ ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂവെന്നത് എനിക്ക് ഒരു പോരായ്മയായി തോന്നി. ഏകദേശം എട്ടര മണിക്കൂർ യാത്രയുള്ള ഡൽഹിയ്ക്കും അയോധ്യയ്ക്കുമിടയിൽ കാൺപൂർ, ലഖ്‌നൗ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ മാത്രമാണ് വന്ദേഭാരത് എക്സ്പ്രസിന് സ്റ്റോപ്പുകളുള്ളത്. അയോദ്ധ്യയിലേക്കുള്ള വന്ദേഭാരത് യാത്രയും ഭക്ഷണവും വിശേഷങ്ങളുമൊക്കെയാണ് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ.

I have been there, a few month's back. Against this pompous temple and newly constructed airport, everything else is poor. Poverty and dirt is everywhere. I am waiting for Sujith's view on this. It is like just any UP town. If the amount of money invested there can in any way improve the life of common people, it is good.
