Hello. Good day engineer. Using this your analysis I change C1 & R1 value to reduce the frequency to 50hz but the inverter mosfet blow. What did you think maybe the curse? Thanks 🙏

U are missing the dc blocking capacitors on the primary of the gdt.

It's not that necessary because of the relatively low current. But you can include it and substitute it with the series current limiting resistor

The processes that occur with open transistors are not so interesting as the damping of the transformer winding of the gate driver is interesting - the author does not explain how the winding is blocked during pauses. Complementary pairs of bipolar transistors must be shunted with Schottky diodes. Where are they ? MOSFET gates should be shunted with 4.7-10 kilohm resistors to minimize voltage surges. The gate driver transformer must be wound on a toroidal high-permeable ferrite, triphilar, otherwise there will be voltage surges, ringing on the gates and elongation of the fronts. The windings must be identical and all three must be wound simultaneously. This transistor driver consumes quite a lot of power due to the low-resistance collector loads of the TL494. Pin 4 - not intended for feedback, but for softstart, which is ignored. Output current feedback is not provided.

For the reference voltage at pin 2 or 15, you can use about 2.5V ( half that of Vref pin 14. Although this is just a habit of mine) Use pin 1 or 16 for feedback voltage input (obviously with a potential divider network. Ensure not to input more than 5V though) from the final output voltage you desire to regulate.

@@vtorsi610 Just make it. And let operate for a while with considerable load as per your design..observe how fast your drive transistors heat up and your mosfet as well...

the mosfet gates is driven by a pulse transformer.the configuration above is half bridge only.
