I'm pretty excited about this radio. Sure nice to have a decent table/desk top radio back on the market again. I'm hoping this radio will be as good as or better than the H-501x.... seems like a good bet it will be. The popular S-2000 was successful just based on its cabinet design despite being an inferior radio... nice to see it upgraded.

Thanks Dan, I enjoy your thoughtful reviews, before opening my wallet. My radio shack is small and a radio this size will have to be near perfect to boot out my Sony 6800W which looks to be similar size. 73! Have a great day!
