Tecsun makes so many different radios, their main competitor is Tecsun ❗️ I tried to figure out how many radios they make, But I lost count. One thing: They make a radio for EVERYONE ‼️ (I have 10 different ones).

Do a video on the Tecsun R 333. I pick up your local WGN,WBBM,WLS clear. On WLS, I can hear a Cuban radio station in Dalton GA

Have had 1 of these for a little over 1 year now for it's size this is a big winner I run it on a 25 FT wire for best results. this is a great travel portable though the one thing I noticed it was very unhappy when my cell phone gets to close so may not be great shielding from noise.

Most of my radios have an issue with noise from my phone too. Very common. Even expensive radios can have poor shielding. It's the odd Radio Shack or Sangean radio that surprises you by shielding some of this RF interference well.

The performance is excellent for the price and it is a great entry receiver for shortwave listening. However, the AM/SW button tends to be dull after several months of use and the earphone output is somewhat hissy.

Reception of this radio is overall good in all three bands. FM sensitivity is very good. Tecsun R-912 is better than Kaito WRX911 (Tecsun R-911).

dont know if u saw this yet at ebay. Two Bands Portable Pocket Size Radio DEGEN DE797, very tiny am/fm that works and sounds very good, the thing is small!

i have 1 , came pretty fast from overseas. I don't buy many small radios ,i like mid size to large radios, but i am pretty impressed with everything about it. I found 1 video on youtube about it, just poke in the model number

Ok, I checked it out...not sure if I want this radio. Reminds of the Degen 333, the case looks identical, and its DSP. That 333 was not great on reception. Does yours get decent reception on both bands? I wonder if they made an improvement on the chip.

Haven't figured the impact of the slider switch. While radio is on. So I shut off radio. Then switch. Then on. Seems to me that band switch and associated systems. Don't get stressed as much. Your opinion? That's why i like the power switch near the band switch. Good show. Thanks. Kv4li 73.

Where did you find this radio? I searched on Amazon and I did a Google search and neither of them can find this radio. I know the model is correct because I can see it on the radio in the Box but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere on the internet. Very interesting. Maybe a new model? Maybe an old discontinued model? Maybe I'm imagining this whole thing LOL

This one for Shortwave, it covers more of the band. If you want FM and a little better audio the 909 is a decent choice, so as long as you are happy with the shortwave band coverage of that radio.

@@navidansari1895 Tecsun PL-310ET, PL-380, PL-330, PL-360, PL-365, PL-368. Those are AAs and BL-5Cs.

One feature of the R-9710 that I like: Dual Conversion on shortwave. I just wish it had the SW frequency range of the R-912 for frequencies below 5.85 MHz. I got this radio a while ago before this review, it took me by surprise the fact that the radio indicators are all in chinese, a bit annoyed by that, keeps me away from the radio from using it. Not happy about that. Amazon sells it as it was for chinese market.
