Drone Eachine EX4 TEARDOWN / total Disassembly (JJRC X12, C-FLY FAITH)

Eachine EX4 - JJRC X12 - C-Fly Faith I fought with this drone for 2 to 3 days determined to find the trick to calibrating it and I was ready to give up then I tried this and it WORKED for me over and over again so listen up and try this. 1: First Press the button on the back of the drone to turn it on. you now have a BLUE flashing light on the drone this is telling you it is trying to connect to the controller so turn the controller on and when it is connected the light on the drone will turn GREEN and it will be flashing NOW connect the phone to your controller. now on the phone, it should say in preparation, but your NOT ready to do the calibration yet, what until the light on the drone goes GREEN and is NOT flashing now on your phone, it should say READY-GO BUT It's NOT READY. NOW it's ready for the calibration because you have enough satellite lights only when the light goes green and not flashing. The lights on the controller are ONLY telling you what mode you're controller is in and NOT that you are connected to anything some people thought that. NOW this is what I MUST DO to get the dam thing to calibrate, the horizontal works fine every time BUT I could NOT get the vertical to work it would say it was a success but it was NOT. the drone was still in calibration mode. On the drone, it has a RED/GREEN light flashing which is vertical calibration mode. SO what to do? well, this works for me 7 out of 10 times instead of never working at all. When you do the calibrate first off some apps say calibrating in blue on the phone when you see that it ISN'T tap the blue calibrating Button again until you see it say TURN THE DRONE the light on the drone will start flashing from green to red/blue I have seen some people try to calibrate it when it was NOT ready to do so. NOW when it says turn the drone horizontally do it about 3 times the light on the drone turn to RED/GREEN the horizontal calibration is dun and NOW the trick that works about 7 out of 10 times for me WHEN it tells you to put the camera up and turn it watch your phone and PUT the camera DOWN give it a quick half-turn then do it again if you don't see your phone then tell you to turn it again do another half turn but if you do see on your phone turn it again flip the Drone camera up words and then turn it two or three times the light on the drone should go green and not be flashing. This almost works every time for me and it's the ONLY way I can get it to calibrate. And It's JUNK

Amigo sabe me dizer se os pinos na placa onde encaixa a bataria, os dois de cada extreme estão em curto que vem a ser a alimentação e os restantes sabe dizer se tem contato ou estão abertos? Pensei em montar uma bataria com a mesma capacidade e voltagem dessas que há no mercado mas não sei se os tais pinos que digo estarem livres terá de fazer alguma ligação? Obrigado se tiver resposta.... (Açores Ponta Delgada.)

@@TECTUSolarEnergy You're very welcome. I should add, the Wi-Fi module is down where the two micro-coax plugs are attached, leading to antennas in one of the front legs and one of the rear legs. Also worth mentioning, those particular coax connectors are only designed for a handful of insertion/removal cycles, so they should be detached/attached as infrequently as possible.

mine had difficulty locating satellites in locations with buildings around. Is it the same with you?

@@TECTUSolarEnergy mine is worse, it doesn’t get even one satellite. I did it in quite an open air. Maybe the GPS module is not properly attached; I should find out.

Não tão corajoso assim. Esse drone não foi remontado. Ele estava com 2 problemas. Baterias incharam e a câmera do gimbal estava sem foco. Quando vi o valor para substituir as baterias decidi abandoná-lo.

kkkk acho que agora é tarde. As baterias incharam e a lente da câmera se soltou dentro do gimbal. Achei os preços das peças muito alto, principalmente das baterias. Fiquei com medo de investir denovo e acontecer a mesma coisa.

Olá tudo bem? tenho um Eachine EX4 o gimbal tá sempre torto no horizonte quando voa e demora para conectar quando conecta...tem concerto? consegue arrumar? nunca foi aberto!

Para o gimbal não ficar torto no horizonte, vc precisa reiniciar ele em uma superfície plana e nivelada. Quanto a dificuldade de conectar, é um problema crônico do Eachine EX4. A única coisa que dava resultado comigo era reiniciar tudo, inclusive o aplicativo. Quanto ao GPS, vc precisa estar em um lugar aberto ou com o mínimo de interferências ao redor.

great (bit fast to follow) broke 2 front arm foldable feet, are they replaceable (I ordered 2 spare arms). Do I have to disassemble incl gimbal or can I just replace the feet?

no, even though the feet are front, you will not need to remove the gimbal

it has a control for the vertical angle. Stabilization is automatic. But manual settings, I don't think there is

no..it will be much simpler. But you will have to remove the pins that appear at 5:12 and you must also loosen the 3 wires from the motor.

2 motivos: as baterias incharam e a lente da câmera se soltou dentro do gimbal. Ele era novo. Acho que drenei demais as baterias nos meus vôos. E a lente foi uma pancada que levou. Está interessado em alguma coisa?

My ex4 wall fall down into the mud. I dissemble and try to clean the mud, and assemble it again. After that my drone cannot connect to my controller.. What should i do? Do i have to change any parts of the drone

When you buy the drone it is already paired at the factory. I believe that when you opened your drone, it was reseted. The manual has instructions for making the first pairing between the drone and the controller.

O meu tinha o mesmo problema, também já escutei relatos parecidos. Meu Eachine também dava muito trabalho para conectar, a preparação para vôo é muito demorada. Sinto não poder ajudar, a verdade é que desisti do meu. Faça um esforço para adquirir um Mavic Mini. Pode também ficar de olho nesses lançamentos sub-250gramas, da Hubsan e Fimi.

Guardando 5:06 vedrai un perno di metallo con una base di plastica bianca. Per prima cosa rimuovi le due viti dalla base, è davvero molto difficile estrarre questo perno, hai bisogno di un paio di pinze ad ago.
