Imagine falling asleep safely in your bed.....only to awaken in an ambulance with horrific injuries.......and a true monster did this. Would you ever feel safe again anywhere? Karen was so brave telling her ordeal to the court. All the survivors were immensely courageous.

I am horrified by the extent of her injuries she describes (3:47 - 3:57). How can any human being inflict such violence on another is beyond my understanding. I'm glad she survived and recovered from her injuries. You're a strong woman and thank you for having the courage to testify Karen Chandler. 🙏🙏

I believe it was Karen who had to have a bag held under her chin where her jaw was hanging down as she was led to the ambulance. It's amazing to me that she could sit on the stand and have to relive all of this, especially with that monster a stones throw away. It could have been Kathy, it sounds like her jaw was more severely damaged.

yes it was Kathy who was hit on the side of the jaw, and the jaw became unhinged. My injuries were to the front of my face. Luckily I shielded myself from the second blow. @@michelleadams474

To see these presumably normal human beings talk and confer with Ted Bundy as if everything were just normal is very strange. The lawyers doubtlessly knew of the crimes that, in multiple states, Ted Bundy had committed. To talk with a well-known, vicious serial killer as if he were just a normal everyday, man-on-the-street takes an extremely strong stomach and extremely steady, unshakable nerves. To be face to face with such a heinous murderer would have me want to snuff out his life, right then and there, exactly as we see parents of abused, kidnapped, murdered children attack the abuser/kidnapper/murderer in court during a trial. Self-control when dealing with such criminals seems itself like a sin or crime.

The judge is trying to ease the heaviness of the evidence......many people and maybe jury members many not be able to bear haring it so th judge lightens the atmosphere.

On his execution date the worst thing Florida's governor could have done to Bundy would have been to commuted his sentence and then tell the prison staff to throw him to the crowd outside. They wanted to study his brain though. Couldnt study it with multiple concussions
