they should have had a storyline with mantaur vs el matador Tito Santa since one had the gimmick of a bull and the other a bull fighter. I wish phantasio had shown up more cause I loved his magician gimmick. his greatest trick of all was disappearing forever.

Just like how Vince had a poor mans LOD in Demolition , and a poor mans Bruiser Brody in The Berserker , He tried to have a poor man’s Vader in Mantaur and a Poor man’s Stan Hansen in Justin Hawk Bradshaw .

I saw it immediately … The weird animal based head dress , Four hundred pound frame , Rams horn makeup looking much like Vader’s rams Horn hair do .I felt bad for this guy . He was a light on his feet super heavyweight with a mean looking mug was more like Bam Bam ( not near as good but in that vein of heel ) but he was no substitute for top of the heap main eventer Big Van Vader . JBL had it down as Stan Hansen Tribute Justin Hawk Bradshaw but at that time Stan Hansen was only really over with Tape Traders and cowboy gimmicks were dated
