Ted Hartwell is a Community Liaison for the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling. This video is about Ted and his recovery process. This was filmed on Ted's 13 year recovery anniversary and he shares the details of his journey, how his addiction began, how far it went, and the treatment he found that began his recovery process. This is part 1 of 2 videos, in the 2nd video we discuss his story and reflect on the last 13 years. We ask Ted what his advice would be to anyone new in recovery or about to embark on their road to recovery.
