I remember a time about 2-3 years before Dewey passed to Cancer. I used to own a business in Hamilton, ON and he came walking into the shop to ask about the 1978 Caddy parked out front ( My father's car ) because he used to own one like it. He must have spent 4 hours just chatting with us about wrestling and his experiences.. both good and bad. My father and I were both fans. Biggest shock I got was when he pulled his arm back and open palm smacked me square in the chest to show how they did it. Made the biggest whack when it hit, you would have thought he hit me with a board from the sound of it, but I didn't feel a thing. This was a 60+ year old man in terrible health, and he still had the skills. He was polite, funny and said barely a poor word about anyone he used to work with. He came by a couple days later and dropped off a free copy of his book for us to read. Dewey was totally a class act.

What a lovely bloke and a fantastic story. I'm aware for the record of his story and both his ups and downs. Glad he got back on the right track eventually. R.I.P Dewey.

I remember the Missing Link. He was fantastic. Ted, The Million Dollar Man's laugh was the best. One of my favorite promos was when he and Virgil pulled up in the limo at the jewelry store. That was so funny. As they, those were the days. R.I.P. Dewey (the Missing Link).

Two of my favorites also bro. I was a kid in the early 80’s. Loved the missing link. Loved Dibiase too. Always was a heel fan. Miss Heenan also. Love that million dollar laugh

It's videos like this that makes me proud to be not just a Christian but also a wrestling fan. Never got the pleasure to see the Missing Link wrestle in person but I did see The Million Dollar Man at the first Summer Slam with Hogan, Andre, Macho Man & Elizabeth (r.i.p.). Fortunately, I will get to meet Mr. Robertson in heaven one day! I feel priviledged & blessed to watch this video & to be aware of all the wrestlers & matches you was talking about! Thank you for posting! God bless!

The Missing Link was my Favorite Wrestler. Has anyone here ever seen the "Bang Your Head" Video with the song by Quiet Riot and clips of the Missing Link smashing things with his head. It was WCCW I believe and I can't find it.
