hey thanks for sharing. you have competition experience, how do you feel about JKD based on your fights? are you more aggressive? what do you think of interceptions? how do you feel about the straight lead? JKD considers it the holy grail of punches do you fight with strong side forward? and lastly, any criticisms of JKD?

when i didn't know jkd, my footwork was very bad, I've actually become more relaxed, The interception is hard to explain on paper, but you have to see it to understand it. I do fight with my strong side forward, and lastly, if you want to know if you are applying it correctly, you have to sparr people who are not JKD fighters. Thats the only way to improve your jkd. If you don't apply it in a real fight then you're only dryland swimming.

Look like you didn't really add the slipping bobbing weave maneuver. Also if it was me I would be scare to get yell by Ted but he should be more strict. 😂
