Delicious butter cookies
These cookies are soft, flavorful, and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
❤️ 250gr unsalted butter at room temperature
❤️1 cup powdered sugar
❤️3 eggs at room temperature
❤️1 tsp vanilla extract
❤️ 1/4 tsp salt
❤️ 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1.Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy
2.Add 1 egg at a time, whisk until well combined, then add the vanilla extract. Whisk for about 1 minutes until fluffy.
3.Add the sifted flour and salt, mix until well combined. Don't overmix.
4. The dough is soft and holds shapes or figures.
5.Transfer to a piping bag with an open star wilton 6B.
6. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
7. Bake 350F for about 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
Garnish:
White chocolate mixed with red food coloring for ribbon, dark chocolate eyes and nose, heart chocolate, edible red glitter.
