Teddy Boy (1986 Sega) | Sega Masters #3

Sega's US launch lineup for the Master System kicks off with .. a port of an arcade game that never left Japan. One who's greatest claim to fame is being associated with a Japanese pop star's hit song. You take control of a young lad who has to survive a series of nightmarish levels armed with a tommy gun.

Got this for my birthday back in 88. Not an amazing game but definitely fun in short doses.
