Another excellent interview Halftime Chat. Teddy was joking when he was talking to Jamie about Jodeci leading to the breakup of Guy. Teddy Riley already said the breakup of Guy was due to somebody from New Edition camp killing his best friend and their feud with New Edition. Jodeci wasn't playing with nobody when they came on the scene. They almost didn't even get a deal, because the guy they originally auditioned for didn't like their demo and said no. Heavy D overheard their audition performance and he told Andre Harrell about how good they were, and Andre Harrell listened them and signed them immediately. So we need to thank Heavy D for bringing Jodeci to the attention of Andre Harrell.

At last brothers bigging each other up and supporting each other not dogging each other all the time and dissing each other. This is the sort of positivity required to uplift black folk. Every time I hear white folk talk they are always full of praise for each other, win lose or draw. Especially when one of them does badly, they all rally around them and support them and give them all,the opportunities o fail until they make it. Brothers are quick to kick each other when down and write each other off and never give each other props. Kudos to you brothers.
