CHUNGHA is a popular soloist in SK. She had to choose who she wanted to feature in the song, and hongjoong was the only one she wanted, and it took awhile, but she was finally able to get him for it. He wrote his lyrics, and helped write and compose the song. He only featured on his rap part in the video as he was in between schedules and had to fly back from Japan to film, and then fly back. Its also pretty cool because she used several ateez references. Such as the guardian mask that you see a lot in atz videos, except its on a female this time. She also did a crazy form and bouncy reference in the choreo in the background when HJ does his rap. Hongjoong also did a crazy form reference and his on slogan "no 1 like me" Loved everything about this Collab

I second that last statement: as an Atiny it was great to see Hongjoong work with someone who was branching out on their own and wanting to try new things (and enlisting him as help), and as a HAART it was great to see her so excited to work with an artist she clearly has a great deal of respect for. That’s not Hongjoong dancing with Chungha, he was only in one scene where he raps. He was in between schedules so he had to leave right after he recorded his part.

yup, chungha said herself that there was a rap portion and she was debating for a long time on who to invite to feature before she realized hongjoong would be perfect for the part. she even described him as her "one pick." and yes he is credited for the composition of eenie meenie!

the way that you nailed her message at the end. this is her first comeback after two years (having been through a lot at her former company) signed to a new label (Jay Park's) and this is her new start at her career. she has two of the biggest solo hits in Korea ever and is known for her vocals, strong dance background, and stage presence. her discography is great, I recommend getting into her more. you would like her songs like Dream of You, Gotta Go, Snapping, and Play.

Chung Ha was part of the temporary project group Produce 101, as a top finisher in the contest TV show of the same name. After that, she went solo. She just recently changed management, which is why she's "trying out new things" as the song says. She did a special collaboration called "Wow Thing" some years ago on SM STATION, which also included Red Velvet's Seulgi, G-Idle's Soyeon (predebut!), and Gfriend's SinB (before it was pared down into Viviz, which she is part of now). I also recommend ChungHa's "I'm Ready" (performance version) and "Snapping".

Hongjoong said something like he didn't want skz to go right before or after them because they were really good and people would also compare the 2 groups, and teddy read it wrong thinking Hongjoong was saying ateez was better than stray kids

For Teddy, it was watching Kingdom... anytime Ateez was shown, it's was suuuper Hongjoong focused. And the way it was shot and how some of the subtitles come off made it seem to Teddy like HJ might have been big-headed.
