Don't know if anyone mentioned this but Dreamcatcher started out with a horror/rock concept that they have carried throughout their career but have evolved over time. Each era is kind of it's own thing, there's the nightmare era, dystopia era and apocalypse era plus other songs that don't necessarily fall within an era. The Dystopia Era with Scream, Boca, and Odd Eye are all about cyber bullying and the mean things people say behind the (literal in Scream) faceless mask of a computer screen. Maison, Vision (and I'm assuming BonVoyage) tie together their Apocalypse Era which is an environmental concept where the world is destroyed because no one took care of it and Dreamcatcher try to bring awareness to that. Their summer song BEcause is based on/inspired by the horror film "US" by Jordan Peele. My personal favorite songs are Deja Vu, Piri, Shadow, Sleepwalking, In the Frozen,, and Scream just to name a few. On top of their Japanese releases, they've also done openings for video games and anime. They're honestly really great! I've been a fan since their debut, there's not really any girl groups like them. Although more groups are starting to try out the Dreamcatcher rock/horror concept. I consider them a sister group to ATEEZ due to their live vocals, performance and stage presence not to mention that EDENary works with both groups. Hope that helps some!

Welcome to the Dreamworld! Dreamcatcher are very unique. They are the dark angels of Kpop and the only girl group who consistently incorporate Rock and Metal in their title tracks, fusing that with Kpop into something that basically is a new genre. They also are drenched in horror and social criticism, which again is special. Plus, they are massively talented, all of them. And while the girls look like they could rip out your spine when they are on stage, off stage they are adorable crackheads. 😉 "Bon Voyage" is the 3rd and final part of the Apocalypse trilogy. The members have mentioned that it is about giving nature a break. Any encounter between human beings always has separation attached to it as well, just as death is a part of life. SuA also said that the fluffy floating thing that Dami summons from her painting is a cell. It has been named "Celly" and is adorable. My dark mind believes that they are saying "Have a good trip" to humanity, since we are well on our way of wiping ourselves out. It's like a breakup between humanity and the earth. Once humanity is gone, nature gets the break it needs and the circle will begin again. For me, the key to understanding the lyrics is that they are singing as human beings, not as a single person. And they are singing to nature, confessing their love and the realization that we are not good for nature and that it probably resents us. There are still many things I don't know. For example, why are all three titles in French. 😉 (And why are there 3 Damis with 7 shadows...) Musically I can already say this is one of their best songs for me. The chorus slaps hard, and the variations between heavy and slow are just beautiful. It has emotion and impact at the same time. Putting JiU's sweet voice together with an acoustic guitar is simply genius. We lost Leez as a producer, but the team around Ollounder did a fantastic job! And as a bass player, I can say the slap bass is crazy! I probably won't have to tell anyone that the visuals here are out of this world. I'm going to say it anyways: The members have never looked more beautiful, and the whole team all deserve a raise!

I love how Teddy catches on so quickly, Ateez and Dreamcatcher share some of the same producers, LEEZ and Ollounder usually. In fact MADDOX, Ollounder, Buddy, Door, Oliv and Peperoni are all on ateez's producing team and were also the producers for this entire DC album. I'm loving the dreamteez crumbs😭😭

Welcome to Insomnia! Dreamcatcher's main songs are all rock based however they do have a lot of versatility in their Bsides. Dami is the main rapper with Sua and Gahyeon as subrappers (kinda?), they don't really do positions from my understanding. But Dami is FIRE, love her so much. There are storylines but yeah they get, um...complicated and confusing haha. I will also say these ladies have major dance creds. Their choreo is insane.

They actually have an offical anime OST named "Eclipse" , My favorite japanese song from them is "Breaking Out" and no, unfortunately most of their songs aren't produced by them. But they do participate in the producing process here and there, especially Dami and Siyeon (Pronounced as Shi-yon) The other members' names are Yoohyeon, SuA, JiU, Handong and Gahyeon. Thanks for checking out Dreamcatchers newest release. Dreamcatcher are genre benders and they're always experimenting with new genres. With that said, all of their title tracks have a core rock influence in varrying degrees. Some of their tracks incorporate less rock than this one and some are borderline metal tracks. Their b-sides through span dozens of genres and sub-genres including rock, edm, electronic, trap, reggae, jazz, funk, and many more. If youd like to check out more then the Dystopia trilogy is usually a good place to start. This trilogy is a social commentary on hate speech, online bullying, tells haters to shut their Boca (mouth), and discusses how Social media is hust a sweet lie covering darker (dystopian) truths. This series is on the lighter side of their rock influenced tracks. They have close to 20 title tracks and special releases and around 100 songs in their discography. YES DREAMCATCHER. This right here is my favourite group. Fusing Rock and Kpop since 2017, noone does it like DC. Bon Voyage is their softest song since Deja Vu. It is beautiful but if you want the truly hard hitting stuff, check out the previous comeback Vision. That's literally my second favourite song of 2022 right after Halazia. I didn't like the constant cute hoppsassa & trallala in K-pop anymore. So I was in love with Dreamcatcher. Not everything was right on first hearing, but most of it was in the end. But you always have to be willing to try something completely new. If it's not good enough, then it's not good - but it just never happened. Like right now. "Bon Voyage" is pretty crazy even for Dreamcatcher. It sure took me 4-5 tries to understand and enjoy it. But after that I couldn't stop. Dreamcatcher is an incredibly talented group in terms of music, voices, live performances, videos, looks, expression, impression, clothes... and lots of fun and craziness is involved. And they keep getting better at everything - every time. This 8th mini album is another masterpiece and a great contribution to K-pop.

The floating pod/cell/or furry as you said 😂 , concept wise probably represents the heart of nature/earth/seed of life. Theory wise people seem to think its Siyeon because they think she sacrificed herself protecting SuA which makes sense but only if you disregard alot of elements from the MV. Dreamcatcher is just amazing the only one kpop groups with dark concept and rock /metal music genre . they're also one of the best groups for story telling they got - the "Nightmare series" 6 connected mv's with a story line - The dystopia trilogie - The apocalypse trilogie . they're also very versatile they're main concept is Horror /rock but they can neiled pretty much all genre in they're discographie they got EDM ,POP ,ROCK , FUSION ,DUMBSTEP ,JAZZ ,BALLAD , and many other genre they also got some collaboration with Japanese animation studio to do some anime or game OST .they're very popular in japan and in Europe . more than in korea .

There’s a reason they were literally dubbed “the face of rock kpop” and have earned other amazing honors like being the first kpop group ever invited to the Primavera Sound Festival. Back when they started in 2017, no one was doing rock-inspired kpop, and even after six years they find fresh new ways to express their signature sound. This epic rock ballad is the end of their Apocalypse trilogy which had the theme of environmentalism. In essence, it’s a song about recognizing you have to break up with someone for both of you to be able to heal and grow. But within the context of their storyline, it has an even greater meaning: recognizing that if they truly love the earth and want it to heal, they have to give it a break from humanity and leave.

Dreamcatcher's title tracks follow a storyline, and this one is a wrap up of the Apocalypse trilogy so it would make much more sense if you watch their last 2 MVs, Maison and Vision. Dreamcatcher members are stunning, their vocals are amazing, and they have powerful choreography. Their title track always incorporates rock/metal elements and it always evolving but still matches the overall vibe of the storyline. Bon Voyage, at least for me, is one of their best songs. Not because it's just been released, but it combines the best parts of some of their previous releases. But the MV is indeed their best one as Dreamcatcher Company (yes, their agency name is the same as the group name) is not a big company so they don't have 'unlimited' budget unlike artists from the big 4 companies in Korea. They gain more fame in the last few years and that translates to higher budget for everything including the MV production. I hope you can check more of their music even if you're not into rock music because they blend multiple music styles in one song. You may also be interested in their B-sides as well as they are a whole other universe of music style compared to their title tracks. You'll get ballad, EDM, Trap, 90's pop, punk, reggae, jazz, and more! That shows their versatility and vocal quality. Their rapper, Dami (the one that sing in the second verse and you told her to breathe), has unique rap voice and she also has the most credit for getting involved in their music production.

Bro, I absolutely love Falling in Reverse!! My favourite song is Watch The World Burn because of that absolutely godly rap at the beginning. Dreamcatcher really caught my attention because of their unique sound in a pop heavy industry. I would say they're particularly self-aware as a group as they release songs about environmental awareness and cyberbullying etc. They're super cool. They are Sooyeon, Yoohyeon, Sua, Dami, Gahyeon, JiU y Handong.. Their MVs are like movies and as they have their own concept and style It's like they are different from other girl groups. I like them a lot because their sound and their concepts. Also, they are crazy as f... hehehe. Sahara and Silent Night are both two side songs that I love.

Dreamcatcher is pretty much rock themed fused with kpop, some are hard rock specially their japanese stuff, some are more pop synth. Not much girl groups like them in kpop that focus so much on rock so you could say they are unique 👍

I kinda get what you were saying abt not knowing the back story, cuz as far as I've seen in kpop almost every act has these crazy labyrinth theme that probably only his stans know. But that's exactly why I think a group should be able to work with their infandome theme but still let the music and production be friendly to casual listeners cuz if we need to know everything prior listening whatever music then it gets hard just for nothing.. It should be simple and deep all along 🤔 don't know if I'm explaining myself well

For me this song gives hope for the future while making our past experience as the foundation for our future to grow,learn to love ourselves and people around us, the image of broken buildings are our past selves and how some of us makes mistakes or our trauma on how it crumbled us and our surroundings and our environment and the flowers growing out of these crumble building indicates that from these experiences we can still grow out like a beautiful flower have a safe journey for our future and not forget our past and use our past experiences to build a foundation for our better future self to grow and flourish....I mean thats what I got anyway
