It's not their signature super fast quick, that was just a regular quick. They first use that super fast quick during their match with Date Tech. But well, still amazing to know that Oikawa really appreciate Hinata and Kageyama's potential.

i just wanna say this now so that you aren't confused later- they tend to make some of the aoba johsai members look a bit too similar so it can throw people off when they watch the first time. for future reference: the "onionhead" who was on kageyama's middle school team is kindaichi. the one who keeps oikawa in line & has spiky hair is iwaizumi. (he's also their ace) and the one with the #2 jersey w curly hair who's a middle blocker is matsukawa.
