This is the first time I personally have ever seen Kofi unseated. He’s had other’s sit in with him, but not replaced. Tony Patler is Dave Mason’s Keyboard Player. He is one of the very best of the best B3 players on this earth. The list of names he’s played with would take up the page:). HIs feel is incomparable, his sheer technical ability and his deep knowledge of music in theory and performance will set a band in concrete. AND! He’s humble and a sweetheart! Well except for that one time:) lol. Listen how strong he plays, no ambiguity here. I’ve been fortunate to be called by Tony to cover bass, and every song is slammin’ great feel just great playing by all. He’s contagious in the best of ways,. Thanks brother man, Kev

Around 2000, I had PBS or,something on I wasn't paying much attention until I heard a Dave Mason song. I started watching this bald, chubby man singing the song and thought how terrific he was and he sounded like Dave. After about 5 minutes I realized it was Dave, only 30 years after the last time I had seen him. He still has a great voice and is talented as hell.
