There’s a book that she’s written that explains it better than this talk. It’s more of an awareness of life outside or yourself and your ego, immersing yourself in life instead of worry about being seen so much. Again, this talk doesn’t completely do the book justice. There’s a freedom in anonymity is essentially the idea of both the talk and book.
