Fun fact, even tho it's called a W12, it is actually a WR12 (which is also it's internal code), because it's essentially two Volkswagen VR6 engines stuck together :)

Gorgeous SUV - although many people seem not to like the 1st gen, I like it as well as that recent refresh. As a sport bike rider, I’m surprised to see an Akrapovic exhaust on a Bentley, seems wild (LOL) but I dig it - dope POV as usual! 🔥

The engine sound is similar to the VR6 in my VW Eurovan. (It's basically two VR6's). It's got way more power and speed than you need for a weekend jaunt to Vermont and back with your kids, dog and sports equipment.

Don't like the sound. Can't beat cross plane supercharged V8s. Also like V10 and V12. This sounds like straight six. My f Pace SVR sounds better and is much more affordable. I would only get the Bentley if I wanted to signal high net worth, which I don't.

Thing was completely covered in mud and dust but if i had that kind of money I don't think you would care much if it got a little dirty every once and a while. Suv's are meant to be driven

2:18 Swarovski crystal works aren't all too expensive from what I can remember (at least not in comparison to "real" jewellery). I recently bought a necklace from them as a gift for my s/o because its affordable without being super cheap. The real fun is their larger crystals cos they have an a m a z i n g sparkle when light is shone on them. Used to be fascinated by the crystal sculptures they put up in their stores as a kid cos of the way they sparkled. Would be cool to see tge headlights in action if they actually have those crystals in them.

In theory a great get away car, in practice among the worst. You wouldn´t be able to ever blend in and "get lost", as you will be the only bentley driving around in quite a big area. Like hiding an elephant in a birdsnest.

So, that engine sounds *very* unlike what a bentley engine would sound like, it has more of an S6 character in note. Still, great they still make this W platform, just put it in something like a normal car instead of a useless vehicle :) The analog clock is by far my favorite feature on the thing. Nothing comes close. Then again I am very biased. 😂

They're not thinking about pedestrian safety so much as it's mandated by EU law. The hood opens so tall to facilitate the frequent engine removals. Good thing they've got those CF pieces to keep the weight down! A sign that it's not intended for real utility use besides the inexcusably, yet comically vulnerable computers sitting under the rear carpet like smuggled goods-you can't drive with long items that require the tailgate to be open while driving as the tail lights raise with the hatch. I would sure take that massage seat, though!
