Mrs. Rachana starts her speech by giving a brief introduction on the minority of women in Financial fields with the help of an example of an ad, She then shares how she started investing after being motivated by her family for the same, She suggests that it should be the duty of the parents to motivate children to invest. Next she describes Investing as not a short term profit plan but rather a long term plan, there are definitely risks but it is beneficial for the long run. Also there is no age limit to start investing, she concludes by giving an example on the same. She is also a KZbinr with a channel named 'CA Rachana Phadke Ranade' that she started in 2015 which has over 3.5 million subscribers. She is a CA certified by the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also holds a PG Diploma in Business Management, Business Management and a Master's degree in Business Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

Some people says that women who is financially independent, she is like a male or she is in the role of man. Why? Is only man responsible for the finances? I think it's not about gender equality or man and woman roles. No, it's a basic need of a human. It's a need to be financially independent either it's a man or a woman. No matter. Even learning household chores is also a basic need of a human it shouldn't be gender basis. Think about it.😀

The greatest empowerment every woman should have is being empowered financially and mentally. This way you will be at the top of your food chain. Being finally free is one thing every woman should be looking after. I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly basis via my investment and got 5 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! You have made your point by giving very good examples. Based on the information you have given, a large number of women are coming out and we can see that they are becoming financially strong in the future.
