This really encourages me that we can succeed and be first again. I'm glad she didn't mention the three letter word! G*D! That is worst than the four letter words. I am only watching this in mid 2020. Yes in the midst of the Covid-19 "stay at home" campaign. The words of this woman give me chills. She is so calm, collected and spirited in every sentence she articulated. Let us have more of the western population be invited into her ideas & understanding her perpective. She said the truth. I live in a young & progressive country with a more than 500 years history of being colonies 4 major powers of the past & present. No doubt that we are doing a whole lot better than Sierra Leone, there remains elements in society & nature are not in place as they should have been. The west continue to dictate what is good & what is bad according to their perpective; lots of times without regard to our domestic situation. Well done Mallence !

Nzings Dee, that is not how demographic transition works. As your standard of living rises your birth rate will inevitably drop off. As small a thing as a pension system can dramatically reduce birthrate. On the other hand, countries with a lot of conflicts and high level of poverty will almost always have a high birthrate. It is not about some mysterious force but logic, a high standard of living and a safe society means that almost all children will survive to adulthood and a healthy pension system means that that you do not have to rely on your children take care of you when get to old to work. There is also a tendency that after a conflict the birthrate will rise, like the baby-boomers after the second world war.

Gadaffi tried, and by causing instability among the nations, they caused us to turn against one another. The people of Libya are constantly killing one another to determine who will control the oil plants. As a result of our inability to care for ourselves and our preference for Western countries to assist us, Morocco African nation is being paid to killing thousands of Africans who are fleeing to their shores in search of a better life or sell Africans to arab countries as slaves to work them. UAE, will take your passport as soon as your arrive especially if you came from Africa and some Asian countries. They won't give you an indefinite but you will work in their gulag. These western nations do not even want us to live in their nations. As soon as we cross the sea and onto their lands they will ship you back to Rwanda haha. @@davidm7740, thank you for sharing this. It is too sad for words. I find that all across this beautiful planet of ours, those who see themselves as more worthy than the rest are always pitting people against each other to take eyes off those who are really propegating the suffering. Here in America our news is carefully screened, although Americans don't know this. We only get international news if someone here is profiting from it. I had no idea the extent of what is happening in Africa.
