FACTS! I grew up in the late 90s/early2000s and the computer was in my brother's room the playstation was in his room, and I would get a toy kitchen ? or barbies useless toys

The field is not dominated because men want it that way. It's completely opposite. Women are less represented in CS because fewer of them choose to study CS. Fewer of them choose such degree after high-school. It's so simple. Everyone gets hired and paid based on how good they are. They are just less woman in this field by their choice. Just go to a good university, study hard and you will do great.

That's the point! Less women are interested because they are conditioned from childhood to not like STEM . And no , we are not blaming men. It's obviously not their fault....it's the fault of society as a whole

Women are less intelligent. They don't go to the field which require intelligence. Stuff is simple if you don't over-complicate it for political reasons.
