I've watched a lot of these videos over the past year. All of them have been good, most of them have been amazingly inspirational, but this guy (at least so far) has definitely taken it to the next level for me. Absolutely engaging, great topic of discussion & so very real. I have to share this with my friends & I'm totally keeping this talk as one of my favourites. Thank you for the incredible talk Adam Kreek!

Thank you for this talk Adam. I started to watch this video, sobbing because I failed a major project for work. My job, which I have devoted everything to, is in jeopardy because of it. Thank you for the inspiration. I finished this video laughing and feeling inspired, determined to turn my failure around.

I'm going to apply this technique to my studies. Once a week, I'll see my limit, and hopefully my limit in concentration time will extend. I'm also going to apply this for the gym! And for the rest of the week I'll work slightly below it. And I will be happy as I fail!

idk i like him but seems like it's a bit simpler to allow failure for something physical ain't it? Not as personal is it? Something like unrequited love? Family rejection? Not so much. Those insecurities run real deep. Had this been as honest and crazy a story about being dumped i think I would've responded more to it.
@Dawsameh7 жыл бұрын
Rich L Is some kind of exposure therapy. Seeking failure is one of my principles, and I seek failure like rejection and I risk to be laughed at too. The more I do it the less sad I feel when I'm rejected or when people have negative opinions about me.
