Wow, I woke up this morning dreading my body for not looking the way I wanted to look. Then I got more sad about the fact that I exist in that relationship to myself where I judge myself constantly. This brought tears to my eyes because I realized how much of a gift I've been given everyday since my car accident 17 years ago...and I had been living my life in the shadow of myself. Always blaming others for not rescuing me and making my life full and happy.
