Finland's ranking is dropping at a breakneck pace. Education had been independent in schools. Now Politicians and senior officials make themselves important and, in their own opinion now, “invent” good new methods and projects to make the system more efficient. The teaching is now mixed up. The ranking will drop drastically. Even officials sites block all commets.

Amazing talk. But on a (jokingly) side note- how do you live in Finland for 20 years and mispronounce sauna? 😁

The Finnish workplace is formally and functionally hierarchical, just not socially. The Finns don't have a need to show off their position in the hierarchy and such behaviour is frowned upon throughout the hierarchy. Part of it probably comes from the fact that all Finnish males go through the exact same first eight weeks during their mandatory military service. Everyone is put on the same level, no one cares about your civilian life. And you go through the same challenges while you're there. You sleep in the same type of room and bed. You eat the same food. You have the same sleep deficit. You get equally sweaty and dirt doesn't discriminate. And then, the conscripts who move on to leadership education will in a few months have to tackle the task of leading the next batch of conscripts, who on average are half a year younger than they are. At the same time, this means that the new conscripts are subjected to the leadership qualities of the previous batch. This brings perspective for both sides.

Why do Finnish culture has so much common with other Scandinavian countries, even though they don't share the trait with the Indo-European family?

Languages are not the same, but the area is. Therefore cultures have influenced each other for a long time. For example Finnish paganism shared many similarities with Norse mythology. For example similar Gods with different names.
