Someone who's in Microsoft with huge package most probably don't even need such advises(not generalizing). 1.SUBCONCIOUS MIND :: we all have potential but due to laziness, procrastination, awareness we get unable to achieve goals so our belief system develop as we will not able to achieve .Here ,at initial period due to motivation we say or think that nothing is impossibe and say we can do it .but a certain period of time we realised its hard I can't achieve it and also subconciously we also started believing that we can't. Eg :: thinking that Having a networth of 100cr before 30 is easy due to motivation which is might be easy but after a certain period we loose motivation and start believing I can't make 100cr before 30 and this get fit in our subconcious. So, focus on personal growth and improve daily yourself 1% for 6 months and after 6 month confindence will rise within you and your subconcious mind will also start believing you that you can do anything and geniunly you can anything. 2.DREAM BIG. 3. MAKE YOUR "DREAM BIG' INTO 10X BIGGER. 4.EXECUTION :: Start taking steps to immediatate action as soon as you started dreaming big to reach your set goals coz IDEAS don't make you ricg the execution then the correct exection will. 5.CONSISTENCY:: You have to take actions or steps each and everyday to grow yourself to maintain CONSISTENCY. I got goosebumps at end I know i will do something great in future. Right now i am unaware of it but all the why's and how's will get answered as i will gain more knowledge thru books make strategies, work over tjem daily, daily grwoth practoce dedication meeting new people, surrounding myself with good people and interacting with the people who are 4-5 years ahead of me in that field. so much of love and respect for uhhh and my seniors and incredible people with whom i am gonna work with 🌹❤
