I enjoyed the video, it gave the insight on how we can be happy most of the time in our life by just increasing the Chi energy (subtle Life force energy). It is not the pseudoscience, it is a pure science of energy. The modern science just start to realize the how chi energy, mind-body-emotion connection can be used to cure many mind related illnesses.

Just an to consider ... We are crave attention from our parents during childhood, because we learn from their judgement that their love is expressed conditionally on our ability to impress them. No prana exercises could fix this childhood trauma except repatterning through felt sense modalities

initially the lady's speech was not attractive... but as she progresses with her speech some of what she says resonates well with me. The principles of chinese acupuncture and qi gong also has parallels to what she says about prana. However the biggest block in the scientific world we have to SEE we have to do some experiment and find data and only then we will believe and understand energy chakras etc. Be it as it is, it is always good to breathe deep and slow.. We need to also involve in games, sports,, hiking etc..to get more benefits...

Hello is not the correct sound. Oum is the correct sound word. Because our body made up of 72trillion cells recognise the cosmic sound and vibrate to that sound. Our single cell multiplied into 72trillion cells came from cosmic world and will go back to the cosmic world. So without any hesitation use word AUM loudly.

Mammy Belle a normal breathing helps too,but make sure you are not doing shallow breathing. I'll try to find the link of correct breathing practise. N paste it in the link and u LL see how effective is just normal proper breathing.

Ajay Bains Thank you...x ✌️

Because the mouth is closed, the breath is going in and out through the nose. however, the constriction of the vocal chord helps manage the volume of air going in and out. The constriction also helps make that deep humming sound....not very different from sound of the waves in the ocean

To what I know, the Art of living Prana breathing cannot be taught to others, unless is their teacher and in their class costing few hundred dollars.
@MarshallTheArtist7 жыл бұрын
"Prana" means breath. "Qi" means air. "YHWH" is pronounced by breathing in and out through your mouth. It's better, of course, to breath through your nose.
@G_singh17 жыл бұрын
