There should be at least a million people giving their attendance here, assuming they watch this video, but again, one needs courage to admit to themselves and to others that they are broken 🤔

Love is not pain, love is being loved for who you are. Your life has tried and people failed too you for who you were. And pain was, you were lessoned for it. Live is warm and loving and good feeling. Heartbreak and unrequited is what has happened. I'm very sorry for that had happened too you.

pain is the touchstone to growth...depression precedes growth and it is always 'lonely' on the growing edge...pain doesn't mean, necessarily, 'damage' but 'healing is going on' , 'repair' ... pain is simply a 'pointer' and varies with what is presented with each person...OMski

I don't know if I necessarily agree. Depression does not always precede growth. There are many people who struggle with depression for life and who may go on to commit suicide.

Well we should be brave enough to love someone knowing that they might not be with us for the rest of our life, in the end we might think is it a fair sacrifice that we made for the time being with them.

I agree. The pain of losing them is horrendous...but what we gained from having them in our lives helps us to find a measure of comfort. The love gained outweighs the pain--and wins in the end.

True, I realised, my son recently passed away at 39,bachelor, all alone in US, ...he has taught me the purpose of life, meaning to live, when I suffered from severe wife abusing husband, and utterly selfish unlaws, who had turned him to be a parasite. My son at the age of 15, stood by me and my younger daughter to enable us to complete the career we were in. Even at this time of irreplaceable loss, my husband continue to wield threat,bullying....

From my humble perspective : PAIN hearts the EGO. So to be HAPPY, one can reduce the pain or the ego. Any mean can be used but on the chemical side, psychotropic drugs like PSYCHEDELICS and other strange RC ( such as A-PIHP) produce interesting results needing more explorations. Peace & love

Exercise, quality time with friends and/or family, spending time in nature, dancing, listening to music (or engaging in any arts that inspire you), doing things you love; also, living your purpose. If you don’t have a community of likeminded people around you, build one. ✌️

People even scientist still struggle on how to decide the human being at The level of consciousness whether he is pure matter or pure psyche. For almost all of us, the answer is clear but when it comes to practice let us keep saying that human are psyche and they have Free Will as to keep things interesting.
