The most vital aspect is certainly in that last portion "What can we do" which start at 12:19 which eventually leads to him stating "We need to learn to be comfortable with the idea of being uncomfortable." I absolutely agree with that notion. The cost of growing stronger as individuals is usually pain which is brought on by being uncomfortable. Avoiding it unfortunately only encourages weak people who can't handle anything which makes them uncomfortable, a prime example of this would be the people who are commonly referred to as fragile "snowflakes".
