For awhile I've suspected I've been suffering the detrimental effects of sleep deprivation. For years I've tried to subsist on 6 hours' sleep per night or less. And now I know. Labile emotions. Distractability. Burnout. Depression. Inflammation (knee pain). All me. Wow. Just. WOW.
