APEX is an amazing group of people, I hope some day I get a chance to work with them. This is exactly the kind of thing im trying to do in my home town, share the art of movement, and help those who dislike it understand that there isnt anything wrong with it.

OMG!! so inspiring !! the speech is so wise !! and the most important thing that i like in parkour that it has no age limit u can do it as long as u can walk and that's one of the perfect things i love in parkour imagine when u be so old and u can still do parkour!! this is so awesome .. what also inspired me so much the family who struggled and did parkour :) its not about being the best its about to reach ur limit :) .. big thanks for ford and apex movement for this inspirational vid !! ;)

I have been doing parkour for about 6 months I have learned a lot of flips and vaults. Its a sport where you learn very fast but not too fast to get injured.
