THE TEE SET WAS FROM THE NETHERLANDS. SHOCKING BLUE (VENUS) WAS ANOTHER DUTCH BAND. LOVED LISTENING TO THIS FIRT ON AM RADIO, AND LATER ON STEREO FM. THE FRENCH LYRIC IS AS FOLLOWS, ""Apres Tous les beaux jours je te dis merci merci" ("After all the beautiful days, I say thank you, thank you").

The beautiful Peter Tetteroo missed his calling. He had a voice perfect for slow jazz. Had that group put out a slow jazz album, a blend of French and English vocals, I'd listen to it to this day. I still listen to the Dutch group, Tax Free, from time to time and they put out only one album in the same year, 1970. They had this great song called, "Yiva." I could hear Tetteroo singing a song like that.

This popped up on my YT feed out of nowhere. They do justice to the studio recording, which isn't always the case. This was a worldwide hit including top 5 in the US. I don't think they were heard of after that outside of Holland. I do remember a song called She likes weeds which was a hit in Holland, but I don't it had much success elsewhere.

Great !!!
