Teen arrested after North Carolina trooper shooting

A teenager was arrested in Durham after a North Carolina State Highway Patrol trooper was shot at.

Charge as an adult. They disregard the law except the part of the law that considers them juveniles who deserve less time because they are juveniles who don't know any better. Trust me, they know better.

You're right, bdawg. I retract the "charge as adult" part. The law will decide and my opinion doesn't matter. I stand by the rest.
