There kind of is, and this is it. If you want to get Eagle and get all the merit badges there are, you need to start with Eagle, and if you join on your 10th Birthday you can become Eagle at 11 years and 7 months of age if you do a whole bunch of time requirements at the same time. It would be the most grueling 19 months of your life, but it is possible. Then you get merit badge after merit badge for the rest of your time in scouting, and if you do it quickly enough you can earn your last Eagle palm (After earning Eagle you can get 1 Eagle palm for 3 months of activity in a troop and 5 new Merit badges earned) at 17 years and 4 months of age. Getting all 23 Eagle Palms is the Speedrun of Scouts BSA and it is possible, but incredibly difficult.
